tune-up

I'm getting ready to do the ol' spring tune-up on the car. Wondering if anyone had suggestions on:
cap-rotor
plug wires
I have the fabled MSD buzz on my radio as it is, so I'd like some wires that aren't gonna make it worse, but keepin it semi-budget minded. Too much stuff to try and buy/put on before the fordchip.com guys come through town!
