    experience with Kelly

    I don't know how much faith I have in Kelly. I had a problem with my $100 rebate. We talked 3 times and he took my number down each time. Never called me back. Finally, I talked with someone else. Before we hung up, he told me to fax him the original receipt and an address to mail the rebate.

    Why it took Kelly 3 phone calls and 2 weeks to get nothing accomplished, I don't know.

    I don't know how much faith I have in myself. I was trying to respond to chuck's reply in quadcammer's post. Accidentally, I ended up creating a new post.

    I guess we're all entitled to a goof up.

    rbridges: I am sorry you have had a problem with Kelly, he has always been quick and helpful. I can only assume that he was very busy and swamped as he would have called you back.

    This is a problem that NOVIPOWER cannot fix, please call Paxton direct for these types of problems.
