What should my fuel pressure be at with 42LB injectors

What should my pressure be at and exactly how do you set it. Vacuum on? Off?

I've always set the F/P with the vacuum off, someone else recommended that you also plug off the vacuum line. Never have done that myself, but now that I think of it it does make sense.

Can't help ya with where exactly you should initailly set the f/p at, so TTT for ya.

Mine is @ 39 and pig rich on the top end. idle's fine even without a bypass. BUT my accufab regulator ramps pressure on a 1:1 ratio.
89 Coupe with parts stacked inside of it and about 30#'s of dust on it with no end in sight. :weird:

Ok thanks guys. I set mine to 40 with the vacuum off and plugged. When I connected the vacuum line again, the pressure went down to about 32 PSI. Does that sound right?

    Thanks,

yeah that sounds about right! And 99.9% of surge problems are Air/fuel.

The problem that I am having with the surging, is that what a custom chip and dyno tune fixes? I just need to get this thing figured out and get to the track!
