Only making 8psi, is the right?

I just installed my novi 2000 on my car and it is only building 8psi. Here is my setup.

    Bone stock shortblock
    FTI Cam
    Trick Flow TW heads
    Track Heat intake
    70mm TB
    42 lbs/hr injectors
    novi 2000 stock pulleys
    80mm pro-m mass air meter
    AFM Powerpipe

I just want to make sure this is normal.

    Thanks

I'm not positive but 8 psi seems about right. With larger intake/heads, your boost should actually decrease vs stock setup. I think you're ok.

Exactly, since your motor will move more air than a stock longblock you will be seeing less boost/resistence as compared to having stock heads/intake with small ports. So yeah thats normal.
