novi 1000 before and after times?

i know ive seen several times posted on the board for before and after ETs and MPh numbers but havent seen a dedicated thread for listing them

what id like to see is what kind of times you ran before the novi and after including your mph ET and 60ft times if you have them and also what kind of boost your making

    before
    1/4 ET=
    1/4 MPH=
    60ft (if available)=

    after
    1/4 ET=
    1/4 MPH=
    60ft (again if available)=
    boost=

    e.t.- 13.90
    mph- 102.35
    60- 2.2

    after
    e.t.- 13.20
    mph- 107.20
    60- 2.2

the after was also with 3.55 gears. i have run better than that with 28" slicks once. i ran a 13.04@106.87mph. it was the only run i got with them and i bogged real bad after i launched. i did get a 1.9 60 foot with them though. need to get some smaller slicks that don't kill my gear.

Almost stock motor right down to the headers t/b and maf but I had just put the C4 in to replace the blown AOD. This was on 17" tires.
    14.17
    97.45
    2.2

First time out to the track with the supercharger, Long tubes, C&L and 65mm T/b plus the F150 pulley but still the stock longblock. On 17" street tires.

    12.62
    110.12
    1.98

Ultimately I would go a 12.45 with this stock longblock combo right down to the stock upper intake.

I was bored last winter and I had found this Comp Cams box upper for like 75 bucks to play with and I had fun with it. I still miss that intake.

    12.51
    113.75
    1.9?

In my sig are my current times and now my new goal for the next year or two is going to be a 10.99

My novi probably has a good 10K miles on it and at least 50 track passes and it is still doing great.

    Before (Na'd):
    12.6x @ 108.XX

    After (with N1k)
    11.77 @ 116.50

My 60's N/A'd were usually hig to mid 1.8's

With the Novi, Low 1.8's to high 1.7's on average best 60' to date was a low 1.7 (almost a 1.6) with the blower.

Keep in mind this was w/o a custom tune, no dyno time, nada other then setting timing & f/p.

I ran a 13.7 @ 102.5 on street tires and using math I figured it to be around 260 HP.
I added the blower and I swapped out ported (1.94/1.60) GT-40 iron heads for some Edelbrock RPM (1.90) heads and swapped out the B-303 cam to go back to my stock cam.

From here I dynoed at 392 HP and 373 TQ at the rear wheels on a Mustang dyno (not dyno jet) with 8lbs. I was having problems with my Tweecer otherwise they say the power will go up if we can figure out my fuel ratio's.
I'll have track times on Friday.

I ran a 12.88 with my combo last year in cool weather minus the blower. this run was on 8.5" et drags sliding the clutch
    12.88
    1.88 60ft
    107mph

    with the blower I've run
    12.43
    2.11 60ft
    115 mph
    on goodyear eagle gt2's. LOL

I see around 5-6 on the boost gauge
89 Coupe with parts stacked inside of it and about 30#'s of dust on it with no end in sight. :weird:

    Although I am collecting parts for a 12.5:1 393 :D

Well I got my update on track times from Friday. I ran a 12.6 @114 with a 2.1 60ft, the air was really bad and I know there's still more in her.
