2001 SVT Lightning: Flowmaster exhaust and mystery traction bars
89' GT : Waiting for a buyer
I did the install myself.
The task wasn't too heavy, but it was a pain in the arse waiting on pieces that were left out of my kit, or parts that didn't fit up correctly.
The biggest pain I encountered with the install itself, was having to jack up the motor, to clear the frame rail to be able to get an angle for the punch of the oil pan.
I did a SN93 Mustang install though that was smooth as silk.

why do you have to jack the motor up?
Because I could not get my air hammer with my punch in at any angle to get a tap on the pan...
Keep in mind this isn't a Mustang. If it was, I would have just tapped the side of the pan, but on the truck, the sidewall of the pan isn't that tall.
I ran into clearance problems between the frame rail, and sway bar. It just made it easier for me to insure a straight tap on the pan.

I installed mine myself completely, I have no real mechanic experience just take your time and it will go smoothly, it took me a day and a half.
