    Belt re-install... Need help...

I bought a 2001 Mutang Cobra with a procharger D1-SC already installed. Motor has been forged already. I've been trying to do some research to get the boost increased. Had to take off the supercharger off to find out the current pulley size. After finally getting the charger removed and finding out the pulley size 3.40 (only making 8lbs of boost), now I am having difficulty getting the belt re-installed. I have the manual to make sure I have everything routed properly, but the belt now seems to be really short or something. I haven't changed anything, just trying to put it back the way it was. If there are any tricks or advice, I would really appreciate it!!!

    Thanks

yeah, it is tight. I didn't loosen it to remove the charger. Do I need to loosen it to reinstall the belt? Sorry for my ignorance, this is my first time trying tackle this thing.

    Thanks

I just figured out how to work the automatic tensioner... You probably know, but I didn't that it's spring loaded somehow and you don't have to loosen or remove it, just put a 3/8" socket in the tensioner and push down on it clockwise and it loosens so you can remove the belt... Thanks.
