    Machine work is underway!!!!

After waiting for what seemed to be an erternity, the machine work on my block has began. It's been decked and bored, should have the final hone finished soon.

Slowly but surely some progress is being made. I may actually run this damn this year, but the hopes of hitting FFW for this year are gone. FFW at Ennis kicks off next Friday :( Ahh well, there's always next year. Hell may even try to make Corral Day '04

I'll have to snap some pics next week. I just wish that I had the tools and the bravery to build the short-block myself, would love to have a "hands-on" in that. The satisfaction would much greater if I did so.

Schools going well, just posted on it actually. Very time consuming though.

Trust me, you can do it. Time, patience and a guiding hand will help. i bought the motor from DSS but know i could assemble one with the right tools/supervison!

I finished up the bracket too, but my clutch is so FUBARED the racing year is over for me.. I want to head into a new direction with the car, as in buying a coupe to do a serious transformation of my parts, and new parts into. Automatic, perpose built suspension, no compromises anymore. Motor will remain the same, now i just need to find the right car..... Know any nice rolling coupes?

Neil, I know that I could probably figure it out but with the $$$ I have invested in it I just don't want to chance it at this point if you know what I mean.
