87-93 vs 94/95 s trim headunits. Whats the difference?

Tittle pretty much says it all. Ive heard that you need to "clock" the FOX headunit for it to work on a 94/95 car.. What does this mean?

    Thanks.

clocking the head unit simply put is changing the relationship of the compressor scroll to the front gearcase.an o-ring seals the two sections together allowing them to be rotated independently of each other.on 94-95 applications the angle of the throttle body requires the discharge outlet to be rotated closer to the throttle body.

that is correct. clocking the head unit will not be an issue.
