I am interested as well, but more along the line of "what size pullies are available."
I have seen I think 3.25 up to 4 inch in .25 increments. I hope there is a 4.25 inch out there. I am thinking that I will go dual SC someday :)

I don't think anyone wants to go to far with a smaller pulley because the blower will creat too much heat and eventually die. I have a smaller pulley with my blower but it came with it and i haven't put it on. If i was you i would get an oil cooler to keep the temps down if your going to use a smaller pulley. You could call Paradise wheels and ask them what they recommend.

Doesn't seem too small of a pulley. I believe you have to use a smaller pulley belt but not quite sure. I would definitely use an oil cooler if your going to use the smaller pulley.
