Exactly how does a BTM work??

Does the boost retard pull timing from the distributor advance or pull timing from the EEC tables like the Global spark adder function?

It pulls timing as to how much boost it measures. the little dial that says 1/2/3 is how many degrees you want to retard per pound of boost.
89 Coupe with parts stacked inside of it and about 30#'s of dust on it with no end in sight. :weird:

    Although I am collecting parts for a 12.5:1 393 :D
