When you say Flex Fans, do you mean the one that bolts to your stock location? Or do you mean an Electric setup?

i'm refering to the one that is driven from the belt. i ended up just getting a replacement clutch for the fan today though. doing a good job keeping it cool so far.

If you're seeing bubbles from the engine after it has reached operating temp, it is possible this is being caused by localized boiling. Try a new radiator cap, preferably one that holds 15-16 pounds of pressure. This will raise the boiling point of your cooling system. If you are getting large quantities of bubbles right at cold startup, argh!Originally posted by slider_buck
yep, i'm all set now. can't beleive thats all it was. i still have some small bubbles coming into the overflow though, not for sure about that.
don't beleive i have any when it is cold, just after being run for awhile. i did put a new cap on it, haven't paid any attention to it since then though. its been running ok though, which is a plus.
