Boosting at idle????
NO
Tap into any vacuum line, you should see negative on your guage. That is vacuum. Boost with show on the guage if you rev the motor quickly.

You can tap off of nearly any line that comes off the upper intake. Like Doug said, at idle you should see vacuum on the gauge. To be able to see full boost you'll need to actually drive it and put a load on the engine. You can sit in your driveway and rev the snot outta it and you're not going to see much more than 1-2 #'s of boost very briefly.

Yah i did, but its not showing any boost anywhere, i tapped multiple lines and still nothin
Then there is either an issue with the tubing running to the gauge or an issue with the gauge itself. You need to double check the line going to the gauge for any kinks and check that the fitting on the gauge is sealed tight and that the fitting on the intake side is sealed. If all checks out there then you need to check the gauge itself, not sure honestly how'd you accomplish that though.
