    30# injectors = how much boost/hp??

Assuming fuel delivery isn't an issue, and I have a PMS to tune with...

How far can a set of 30#ers take me without an FMU?

how much power are you looking to make? what's your setup? well i'd say 6-8 #'s. i had 30's and had detonation issues at 10#'s. I had to take out way to much timing to compensate my fuel problems. i later upgraded to 42's. if you can upgrade i would!

I'll be happy to make 400rwhp...
    Car is 94 GT
Edelbrock 60379 heads, Anderson B-21 cam, Extrude honed Cobra intake, 190lph intank w/T-Rex pusher pump, 1-5/8" equal length shorties, Bassani X pipe (w/cats), MAC catback, 5 speed, 410 gears (soon to be 355's)...

Blower will be T-Trim with 6.87/3.33 pulley setup. I KNOW the blower is bigger than I need for my intentions, but don't want to turn it into another money pit, if possible...With the new PMS I can adjust the Pro-M 80mm maf meter from the 30# calibration, to 42's, which may be the best bet. Then I have to wonder if the stock rails and lines are going to be OK...Some have good luck with stock lines and rails, some don't...Any opinions?

I made over 400 rwhp for several years with 30's and an fmu. Went to 42's, eliminated the fmu, got a twEECer R/T and went over 500 rwhp. All on stock lines and rails. Ended up splitting the block and now have 83# injectors, but that's a whole 'nother story.
To answer your question, 30's would probably be ok, 42's definately better.
I don't think the T-trim is too big. Should be just right to make well over 400 rw and never break a sweat. Good combo, IMO.

i'm making close to 500rwhp with the stock lines with out any fuel delivery problems. i am going to upgrade the lines because i stronly believe one shouldn't skimp out on fuel delivery. i really like the t-trim idea. you have a blower that you can grow with easily. i see you making more than 400 rwhp. good luck!

My 30#ers went static and the car ran ridiculously lean when I went down to the 3" blower pulley w/ my novi 1k - we topped out @ around 390.

Yea I would think no more than 375rwhp. I made 550rwhp with 30s and a Cartech FMU on a stock EEC way back when.
