Moved to General Tech for you, should get more reply's here. I was running Max. Motosports lowers, stock springs all the way around, Lakewood 90-10 & 50-50's, swaybar removed. Low 1.7's on small E/T Steets (26 x 10.5) on a piss-poor prepped track.

I have changed to adjustable uppers and our new track actually spends money on VHT, most guys are seeing 1-2 tenths better than running at other track. So I'm hoping for some nice 1.5's once I get it dialed in.

I have Baseline suspension Uppers, and stock lowers, and QA-1 adjustable shocks, coil overs! I also had 26x8.5 ET Streets, and 3:55 Posi! I had a weak motor, and I was pulling low 1.7's! I could launch at 6,000 and just hook and go! It's just the motor didn't have enough to carry me!

Don't just look at the rear suspension, because you need the right rise, and fall of the front end!

GO here to read about launchin a car!
