That's really not all that bad, I have seen much, much worse. I got overly anal with mine but I have a serious pet peeve about working on a nasty motor, only thing I hate worse is working underneath the car, especially if you don't have a garage.

Warm up the car for like 2 minutes, just enough that you feel the heads getting slightly warm. Spray some simple green all up in the grease and let it sit for about 15 min. Then rinse with a pressure washer, if available, taking care to avoid the electrics. It'll look like new.

I'm getting ready to slap a coat of paint on mine in a few weeks as a matter of fact. I polished up my T-trim last night. Oh yeah did i mention I have a T-trim?? :D
89 Coupe with parts stacked inside of it and about 30#'s of dust on it with no end in sight. :weird:
Although I am collecting parts for a 12.5:1 393 :D
Why did you switch brands? Well anyway, Like I've said before. If it weren't for you Regatta. I would have sold this blower if it weren't for your alt. idea
I switched because I really couldn't find any decent 2000 head units for sale and no-one wants to buy just a Novi 1000 head unit. I dropped the ball on a great deal on ebay for a N2k becuase I was laid off. The 1000 wasn't gonna cut the mustard for my goals for the 351 and I found a great deal on this blower. I wanna run mid 10's on 10 psi and I want to be able to change pulleys and bust a 9.XX on a whim.....will have pics tonite.
Any time I can help out you're more than welcome. Hey where do you live again?
