    What PSI will these pulleys make?

    SN-92 with 7.25 crank pulley and 3.25 blower pulley on 302 blow through set up. any help would be appreciated. Thanks

    To be honest probably 5-6psi because it will be over spinning so bad it will heat up and lock the balls against the impeller shaft. You will be spinning that blower at 56,000 rpm and it is only rated at 36,000. The air you will be pushing even at 4k rpm will be so hot that your engine will be sucking in a furnace of heat and will detonate even with a low timing setting. You would build more power using a 4.25" blower pulley and keep the rpms down and keep the heat away. The answer to any supercharger building power is to keeping it in its operating range.
