    Need Help

    right now im running novi 1k single belt on my 89 coupe, im seeing 5 psi max with power pipe, motor is completly stock cept for exhaust, question is i want to get rid of the FMU, i plan on a 255 pump, adjustable regulator, now what size injectors and mass air meter should i run, i also want to up the boost, possibly in the 10 psi range, wich pulley combo should i go with, what would be the best combo for my car

    1st, unless you are at crazy altitude, you should be getting more than 5 psi on a stock motor with the power pipe. IMHO, you should be seeing at least 7 PSI, maybe a bit more. Are you getting any belt slip?? Any other driveability issues?

    For 10 PSI, my recommendation would be for the f-150 crank pulley and a SCH's 2.75" blower pulley. These two combined with your existing pipe should net you no less than 10#'s.

    With you're combo as it sits, I think 30# injectors would suit you fine, 36's would leave ya a bit room to grow. I'd consider looking around for a fair priced set of used injectors and then get the matching MAF if the seller still has the flow sheet for it (If buying a Pro-M), otherwise I'd go with a new MAF.
