You drill a small pilot hole, and then you use the punch to enlarge it correctly. Once it is enlarged enough, you use a 3/8" NPT tap to cut the threads for your fitting.

So you have some better pics of your bypass lines and stuff? I put my Bosch bypass that came with my SC kit on his car for now until he can get a better one. Really want ot get that power pipr on though! How good does it work? What kind of gains have you got?

Most definitely that is a powerade catch can :) It passes tech at the track too!
