    You drill a small pilot hole, and then you use the punch to enlarge it correctly. Once it is enlarged enough, you use a 3/8" NPT tap to cut the threads for your fitting.

    sorry but ive got to ask, is that a powerade catch can wish i would of thought of that

    Most definitely that is a powerade catch can :) It passes tech at the track too!
