I sent Pro-m a email couple of weeks ago still haven't wrote back to me. Trying to send my meter back to them called them and no one answers the phone. Whats the deal? No sure what I need to do to send my meter back.

You need to go to the Pro-M website and print a form from their website. Are you trying to have it recalibrated or checked or what? Mine was under warranty and I printed a "inspection" form off their website and shipped it to the address on the form. The forms have all the billing and shipping information on it and they will handle it and ship it back to you. It took about a week total at most to have mine fixed.
