    Pulley Bolt Removal...

    Hey guys,

I have an A trim and want to do a pulley change. Does the Pulley bolt come out with Clockwise or Counterclockwise rotation? It wont loosen either way with my hand wrench so I have to get it to a shop with an air gun. I want to be able to tell them which way to go to avoid any damage.

You should be able to get it off at home. Get a helper to hold the pulley with both hands and you put your wrench on the nut (use the box end). While stabilizing the box end of the wrench on the bolt to make sure it doesn't slip, sharply hit the leverage end of the wrench with a hammer....that should crack it loose.

Keep the belt tight also helps to take the bolt out.
