Just curious, I laid down several 6.9x runs last night, with a best of 6.9000 (Yeah this track went to the ten thousands place )
Anyways, post away guys :D

Darn it!! I can't find my old slips from last year!!! :(
my 1/8 wouldn't compare though because my 60' were never near yours.......although i had 123+ trap speeds @ 10psi :D
89 Coupe with parts stacked inside of it and about 30#'s of dust on it with no end in sight. :weird:
Although I am collecting parts for a 12.5:1 393 :D
Well thats good for a 10 for sure. I remember correctly my 11.6@122.7 was a 7.5@ 95.5.
Was that with the race gas? I really thought you would have been faster, like a 6.7-6.8 because you were very quick on pump gas.
1993 notch, 357W forged pistons 9.2-1 comp,Vortech S-trim 3" / 8" pullies, AFR 185 heads, Trick Flow R intake, Anderson B451 cam, PMAS 80mm, 06 PMS, 60# injectors, 3.55 gears and PA SC C4, Dual Walbro fuel system. Best ET 10.35 @ 135mph
I ran a mix of 1 gal 110 to about 4 gal of 93, timing was locked in at 26 degrees. The weather wasn't too good, pretty warm and the humidity was horrible, plus my old tires just can't hold. Anyways, a bunch of excuses but I'll get it sorted out eventually. :DOriginally Posted by Chuck

Sean do think a rear gear change would have netted you a 6.6 or better?
i think new tires and race gas with 28-30 total timing will. The the hoosier QTP's sean! You won't be dissapointed. ;)

Actually with my 3.55's and the 26" tall tires, I was crossing the 1/8 close to 6k. I don't think I have much room for a steeper gear with this set-up.Originally Posted by blueoval92

fenders not rolled, and i think it was 4.5 or 5 on 15x8.5 convo can't remember exactly, scared to roll the fenders really did'nt want too, heard alot of nightmare stories. the backspace is perfect i still have quads and unbeaten wheel wells was going to go 26x10.50's then i would'nt have a problem. this was my first set of et's, had niitto's 245/50/16 before.
Dang, Congrats........You got me beat.
My quickest with the NOVI1000 was a 7.092 @ 98.73. :D

92 GMC Typhoon #1799

Hmmm, theoretically speaking then Frank that should put me at over 500 to the wheels as well then :DOriginally Posted by frank woodall
