    Thermal Barrier Ceramic Coating

After the discussing a couple of weeks ago regarding Thermal Barrier Ceramic Coatings, I have decided to add that service to my powder coating business. Coated the first parts last night and they came out great. Just thought I would let you all know in case anyone is interested. Thank You. Lee

Are you going to be using the techline coatings. Or what? What colors and temps are they to withstand?

I am using Techline coatings.. ceramakrome is good to 1600-1800 degrees, and you can add a insulating base coat that will up that tempature 400 degrees more. Right now I am just using the Ceramakrome. Which can look like a matte silver or polished to a chrome like finish. Lee

Will either the matte finish or chrome finish hold it color? Or will they copper or pit over?

I would need the base under coating , I'd assume with 20 psi and 800 HP.

Its supposed to hold its color,, there may be a slight color change under extreme heat,, but It will not affect the performance of the coating... Lee
