I dropped my SN-89 off at my mechanic's shop today, and he mentioned that it seemed awfully hard to turn the pulley by hand. It wasn't impossible, but you definitely had to exert some force on it. Is this normal?

SN -Probably about 45 inlbs.
With Fluid it will loosen up some but they are hard to turn.
It should turn really smooth that is what you need to check.
