    Very confused, need help!!!

Okay so we went to the track this past weekend, and lets just say i am very disapointed. My car, and my friends car have pretty similar set ups on a 95GT, and my car isn't running like I want it to, or should be running. These are the set ups, and times.
    My Car:
    306, S-Trim w/ 2.85" pulley, AFR 185's, RPM Intake gasket port, 70mm Tb, 80mm MAF, 42lb inj., NX274HR cam retarded 4*(.555/.570), BBK LT, O/R H, MAC Catback, 5 spd, tremec 3550, 3:73's, full weight GT 12.23 @ 113mph

    His Car:
302, S-Trim w/ 2.75" Pulley, TFS High Ports, Holley Intake, 75mm TB, 80mm MAF, 42lb inj., TFS stage 1 cam straight up, MAC LT, OR H, MAC cat back, 5 spd TKO, 3:73's, Interior ripped out, and just the driver seat. 118 @ 11.96

I was thinking the Intake, and TB on my car is really hindering my set up, but can it really make that big of a difference? Any help would be cool. Thanks.

what kind of tires and 60'. You should be in the mid to low 11's I'd say with those setups on slicks.

Maybe your spinning real bad. Are the tunes or timings a lot different?

One may be getting out of the whole a lot better.

If you can't find anything wrong in the tune post back. Is it a complete mutt below 4000? DId you degree your cam in then retard it 4*? I'd install it per comp's reccomendations. 108* i think on that one.

    Where is your timing?
