450+ rwhp if you add a tuning device to control timing.
I plan on having a SCT tune. Anyone else want to guess?
470rwhp and the same for the TQ.
89 Coupe with parts stacked inside of it and about 30#'s of dust on it with no end in sight. :weird:
Although I am collecting parts for a 12.5:1 393 :D
If you run 14 psi and the tune is good...500+
Those numbers sound great.
You're going to run out of injector before you come close to your peak numbers..
With a E-Cam and 9-1 compression you wont run out of Injector anytime soon. I run 42lb Injectors and make 485 rwhp and still have room left with a Tuning Device. 42lb injectors will support 550 rwhp and you will run into a fuel rail and fuel pump problem before a injector issue.
From a mathmatical standpoint, those injectors are good for 560 flywheel hp at 100% duty cycle. Usually injectors run at approx 80-90% duty cycle which would be approx 510-540 hp at the flywheel.
42*8=336 lbs of fuel (100% duty cycle)
336/.6 BSCF = 560 hp at the flywheel
560 * .85 = 476 RWHP.
So you would be looking at approx 430- 460 rwhp with the 42 lb. injectors.
I think you will be around 450 to 475 rwhp.

if you dont make 500, go find a different tuner
I agree...and i think the injectors will be on the edge but they will do just fine.Originally Posted by flyin_hawaiin

as far as the MAF I already have a Pro-M 75mm, Should I upgrade to a 80-85mm Pro-M meter? of will the 75mm be fine?
I got me one of them PMS on my car, and I am in the illinois area, who can tune it for me?
Contact Bob Kurgan at www.kurganmotorsports.com. He had my car up and running on the PMS all dialed in about an hour. I went out to the next race and went 3 tenths and 5 mph faster then I ever did.
