Hey, that looks great. I just bought a D2-R with the same cogs and will be installing it in the next few weeks along w/ a Vortech Igloo cooler.
What did you use to shim the cog pulley? Some little washers or ??? Were there any other "issues" when installing the cog setup?
This is my 4th blower but 1st cog setup so any advice is apreciated. :)

The shims are from ATI and precision ground, not just ordinary washers. I would get them from ATI if you need any. No other issues really except that I had to redo the intake setup. Otherwise very straight forward.
