Bit of a coincidence that !!!! Just hope this turns out as well as I hope. Nothing else has went as planend with this install.
Must mention again how unhelpful CAPA were with their kit that didnt fit, and crap advice that kept contradicting itself..

New pulleys and re-cut crank pulley arrived today from ASP...
Crank was cut from a 86T cogged, to 8.25" 14 rib. May as well cut full width, which is why it ended up as 14.
Blower pulleys were cut as 12 rib, so have the option of using 8, 10, or 12 rib belts as needed, or available.

I'll have to get you a picture of my asp custom set up. I ended up with a 10 rib 8.5" crank. I have a 3.13 and 2.95 SC pullies to try. I the the 3.13 will net me ~22 psi and the 2.95 ~24-25 psi.

I have a custom YSi setup being made for a 490 inch street motor. Only looking for ~ 12# of boost. Where can I find out more about the 14 rib belts? Specifically, what lengths they are available in? Thanks for any info you can supply.

Ive no idea if a 14 rib is available. My crank pulley was for a 50mm cog, but was re-cut. There was room for 14 ribs, so it got cut the full way across.

I imagine if you had to, you could run a 8+6, 2 belts.

I would call goodyear gates and dayco all direct and ask them. I had to do this for the 10 rib setup info. Found out how made them and in what lenghts. They should be able to give you all the lengths as well if they make them. If you call dealers you usually don't get correct answers..
