what is the smallest pulley set up i can go with on my 98 gt it has a votech s sq and will it make it a little louder and will i need a different belt. and how can i make it a little louder like it was when it was cold as hell outside?

Actually if you want it louder put a powerpipe on it and a larger pulley. A larger pulley will slow it down and make it louder. A smaller one will make the pitch higher(more quiet).
89 Coupe with parts stacked inside of it and about 30#'s of dust on it with no end in sight. :weird:
