    sn93 bearing preload

How tight is the pulley suposed to be on the head unit. When I spin the pulley it feels kinda tight and there is no grinding noises at all but there is a single click noise when I change direction of rotation. Is it safe to use ATF type F in the blower or should I use the paxton stuff.
    Thanks alot

It sounds like your ok on the blower. The clicking noise when changing rotation is usually the oil pickup tube hitting the case. Use Type 'F' trans fluid.

With the belt of I see 32 lbf/ft when I turn the pulley with a torque wrench, but this a VR4.
For a SN 93 it should be less, but don't know how much
