Fuel pressure settings

I was wondering what fuel pressure to run on the following setup.

30# injectors
76mm MAF
302 stock block/heads
Cobra intake
255 lph
novi 1000
power pipe 4"
F150 pulley

I may also upgrade the blower pulley to run 7 or 8 psi.

Start off with 40 psi base fuel pressure with the vac line off. Then get it on a dyno if possible and have it tuned.
