I took off my disharge tube today and found a little oil in it. It wasnt wet oil like copious amounts but there was some none the less...I had about 3 oz.'s too much type f in the SN89 a while ago ... Could that have caused this???

Probably not but a dry seal will till it seats again after being dry. You said Oil then Type 'F', which is it?

could it be water from the K&N mixed with intake junk...

It is usually oil entering back into the supercharger from the engine. It is common when the pressure has no place else to go, like a vented valve cover or pushing the oil out around the distributor(that was mine when first installed).
