novi setup?

i just installed my novi 1000 6lb kit. my setup is full exhaust, gt-40 intake, 65mm tb, kirban afpr, 190 pump, 1.7 rollers, speed density, stock longblock with 69000 miles. car runs great but i have set it very safe- 8 degrees timing, 42 fp with vac off, stock motorcraft plugs at stock gap. i know there is more power in there. what spark gap, fuel pressure, and timing should i use. my setting was my initial very rich setup to be safe. any tuning ideas?
