    trickflow r vs. street heat

    planning on new motor 306, using tfs twisted wedge heads and stage 2 cam. wondered if i should swap my street heat for a r series?

    running vortech t trim, using c4 trans w/ 2800 stall. i was thinking the tfs r would breathe better, and let me go higher rpm's? i gotta cruise on street to track, so i dont want to lose alot of torque. but i guess id rather have torque at the track so..........what do you think? appreciate any thoughts...

    Yes I'd worry more about TQ with that combo and i'd go with the Street, or maybe the track heat. It should run like a raped ape.
    89 Coupe with parts stacked inside of it and about 30#'s of dust on it with no end in sight. :weird:





    Although I am collecting parts for a 12.5:1 393 :D

    Stick with the street heat....the R will give up a whack of low end torque.
