New Radiator Problem.

What's up fellas! So I purchased a new aluminium radiator with a two row design and now the coolant pipe hits the blower pulley. Has anybody else run into this problem?

I had that same problem. The upper outlet angled slightly down and towards the middle of the radiator instead of pointing straight out. I bought a different one that was larger. I don't think I could have got the other one to work unless I had the outlet rewelded at a different angle.

I had the same problem with a larger radiator. I just made slight adjustments in length on the rubber portion connecting to the radiator as well as slightly shortened the outlet on the radiator. It's a tight fit but clears the pulley by 1/8" or so.
