What size is the pulley on your SN2000?
    What are your engine specs?
With a standard impeller your looking at
    6-7psi on 0ci-305ci
    5-6psi on 305ci-350ci.
These are average numbers on stock cylinder heads and cam profile.

With those heads you will probably see about 5psi with a 6 3/4" crank pulley and a 4" blower pulley.

pulley is 4 and half. And the impeller doesn't look like the stock one pictured earlier.

Even if it is the modified impeller it just moves your max psi higher up the rpm scale. Make sure the FMU has the 24lb disc in it since the stock unit is for 19lb.

You will have to take it apart I think and measure the disk diameter, thats the only way to tell. If the kit was on a stock 5.0 it should be a 12:1 disk that should be 2.72" , unless it was on a Cobra it should be a 10:1 disk for 24lbers and 2.47". Be careul not to tear the diaphragm on the FMU if you take it apart. Vortech sells a kit with a bunch of disks and a new diaphragm cheap though..I think it is $50? I might actually have a 10:1 disk somewhere disk somewhere if you need one, I'll have to look.

Even if it is a dead-nuts stock SN, you'll see 70+ horsepower improvement so, that's not too bad a starting point. HCI 5.0 +stock Paxton SN = 350 to 400 horsepower.

if it isn't outrageous;y expensive I'd like to get it to 8-12 psi at some point. What would I need to do and what is the best size inj I should run? Should I get rid of the fmu and go to adjustable fuel reg??

    Heads, cam, intake....

If you get rid of the fmu, you need bigger injectors, a 1:1 "boost referenced" regulator ain't gonna cut it. Your FMU is doing the the kind of real boost referencing you need.

With bigger injectors, you'd be best served going with one of the many tuning devices out there and start shaping the fuel curve properly.
