Check valve question (F=MA or others)

Greetings,

I saw in a previous post you've run speed density with your charger. I believe you said a check valve and a 42 nitrous jet installed going to the map. My supplied check valve may not be working like it should. I have a rolling idle and a severe bucking on light decel(tip in tip out). I also have memory codes for a map and egr. The engine vac is about 14 when surging. Vac also will read 16-17 at times the idle is smooth. The cam was retarded 4 degrees which also may be a problem. I would appreciate some suggestions before I reset the timing gears, if you do not mind.

If you had problems with the MAP on SD, the car would run, then hit a wall and rev no more, it would also be stinking rich at idle.

Check TPS isn't over a volt at closed throttle and that the IAC valve next to it is clean and working first.
