You can free rent a hand vacuum pump from Autozone.

I tested the FPR. it will slowly drop back when vacuum is applied to it.
    Should it be rock steady?
    If not are they rebuildable?
    Thanks, KO

a LITTLE bleed isn't too unusual. Some are rebuildable, some are not. Most aren't worth the effort, compared to the cost of new.

If you're car is equipped with injectors too small, or not tuned, the FPR will be the least of your worries.

I just wanted to make sure I didn't have a bad fuel pump making a lean condition.
Since the regap and cooler plugs it is much better.
I pulled a plug a few days ago and it looked good.
    New fuel filter also.
