I made 24psi on a 8/2.95 and only want 16-18. I'm turning the blower @58k now and going to a 3.33 upper will take me to 51800.
I'm looking to drop 5-6psi I'm thinking the 3.33 is the ticket..any input?
Chris

Holy crap! If you're turning 24PSI with the 2.95 I seriously need to pull my 2.95 off! I purchased the largest 10 rib I could find.

Its because of the crank pulley 10rib 8" why the car makes that boost on a T-trim teamed with a 2.95 that is serious biz
I already have swapped and run a 3.33 now

Whewww! I just went out and measured my crank pulley - 7". What do you figure it'll push with the 2.95?
15ish

Better late than never? :)
15 is nuttin! I'll take that as a starting point! Thank you
Since you already swapped them, how much of a drop did you get?Originally Posted by eades5.0

I was seeing 14-16psi
I have had a turbo on the car for 4-5mo now...T-trim is long gone.

OK thanks. Just trying to get an idea what kind of boost I will see with my YSi. It is comes with a 8 inch/3 inch combo, and makes around 15 psi on most applications out of the box. I ordered a 3.4 and a 3.8 pulley also to slow it down during the inital tuning process on my carbed blow through. Should take care of it.

for refrence i see just under 18 psi near 6,500 rpm. i run the 3 inch /8 inch combo on my ysi. this is a small cube street motor.
Whats your car/engine? I am hyped about this part of my project. This is going to be a drivers side mount with a blow through carb. Once I get it all worked out, will be switching over to E85, then up the boost.

327 cube ford engine, twisted wedge heads, holley intake, c-4, etc. real basic street deal. makes right at 650hp with the current tune.Originally Posted by 393bird

I have about 3months left on my Telus contract and I would like to cancel right away. How much would the ECF be? Is it 20/month?
