Any Market for an sn2000 ????

    Guys,

I have a paxton sn2000 that I've pulled from my car that I am thinking of selling. It has a modified impellor and a machined case. With the pulley it makes 11psi on my mod motor..

Is there any market for these older blowers? I know you can still buy the rest of the kit new off the shelf but not the blower...

    What are they worth?

    Thanks,

    EDGE

It sounds like you are planning to sell the head unit seperately and, in that case, good luck with that.

I'd expect the whole kit might get you a grand or so if you can find the right guy. Can't really expect too much from a blower that's out of official production. As always, provenance matters; if you can prove it works and prove the mods done are good, you might find a higher $$$ value.

He sold the bracket and oil cooler with it so that is about right with dollar conversion.

that was with a bracket yeah, but the bracket was custom to fit the sn2000 to a modular motor rater than the 302.. and the guy that bought it is fitting it to a BMW inline 6

it worked out to about $1100USD which is pretty good i think..

there are a few over here yeah, most;y fitted to 302 fox bodys (like they were meant to) and one guy has an SN on a third gen camaro..
