sn 93 problems again !!!!!!!

I did some boost level testing today.

Engine spec is:

Australian model Ford with Windsor 302 5.0 - Stock

I don't see any boost in the intake until I hit almost WOT, my bypass valve (Bosch) is staying open until there is positive pressure in the intake and that dosen't happen until I hit WOT.

If I drive normally it runs like a Naturally Aspirated car, if I hit the pedal hard I see around 5psi in the intake straight away (All the way to redline).

I would like the bypass valve to only open when I close the throttle, I think it's staying open way too long. All of my boost is going out the bypass valve and back to the intake. Great boost at WOT.....but I can't drive that way all of the time

So unplug the sucker and see what she'll do. You won't hurt it doing that for a few test runs.
