    Welcome to SCH.

This is going to sound like a stupid (and obvious) question, but have you contacted ProCharger to ask if they will sell you the parts you need?

I didn't realize that. That's why I said it was going to sound like a stupid question.

Have you opened the unit up yet? If so, can you take the gears to a machine shop to ask how much they would want to replicate the gears you stripped? Any competent machine shop should have the proper dividing head to cut a new set of gears for you.

Are there any teeth left on the gears themselves? If so, you can probably measure the tooth pitch; it's doubtful you'll find something off-the-shelf with respect to those gears, but that's always an option to consider.

I'm going to assume you've contacted ATI ProCharger about rebuilding your unit. What price did they give you?

Have you tried any of the online rebuilding services like www.superchargersonline.com or www.superchargerrebuild.com?

I have talked to Todd @ Superchargerrebuild in Texas and he has the parts. I am looking for options. ATI Procharger wants to sell me a new one.

Seal went and led to bearing failure. Impeller bind and here is the result.

Those are all straight-cut gears; no helix at all.

Any decent machine shop could EASILY cut you a new set if you didn't want to get replacement pieces from SuperchargerRebuilds. You may have to go through the effort of hardening the teeth yourself, but that's not difficult to do.
