    Not enough supercharger

I am building a 434 Dart Little M block, 8.5 compression all forged internals with blower cam and pistons. The motor will make around 550 hp. I have a PS1C from my last motor that I wanted to install on the 434. Will this motor make boost? I only need around 5-7 lbs and I have a 3.55 pulley.

    Thanks for the help.

looking at the specs for the P-1SC showing 200-500 base NA-HP
    1200-cfm max, 30-psi max.
you may need tp max out the blower speed for your engines expected rpm.
i would think that you should get the 5-7-psi you are needing.
what are you using for the drive belt and tensioner type.
if you have a serpentine belt that is slipping, and bleeding off the boost =
check out a company that coats the blower pulley for increased grip...

Hope so, I would hate to not use it. When I get more $$ I will step up to the D1.

    Update

We put the 434 on the dyno yesterday, it ran 725/739. Not bad for a small block and a little P1. Blower ran 6 lbs of boost. Procharger said it would supply 0-3 pound of boost on the motor!
