Question on the Fuel Pressure Regulator Install?

I have a few questions on this.

I was wondering what is the best spot to put the fuel pressure regulator, and I was wondering about the fuel line.

Should I run a new line from the tank to the regulator, and from the regulator to the fuel rail? Also do I keep the stock fuel rail?

I looks on like on some of the pictures some of you re-route the fuel line. Others I just thought you cut the line and used a braided line to connect the regulator, and the other side of the line. Not sure!

What is the best way to install the regulator?

    Thanks

    Mark

The regulator always goes on the return line of the fuel system. Its job is to slow down the rate of fuel returning to the fuel tank which in essence raises the fuel pressure. Are you upgrading your entire fuel system? Why are you installing an external regulator?

I'm going to install a Aeromotive Inline Fuel Pressure Regulator, and I know nothing about where it goes etc.
